Speech Pathologist

Are you looking to expand your career but maintain flexibility, balance and spend more time at home?

Reflecting Health is hiring!

If you are a Speech Pathologist looking for a flexible work environment, the ability to choose your own hours and have a great work/life/family balance, Reflecting Health might be just for you.

We are a multidisciplinary team, comprising of physio's, OT's, speechies, our trusty AHA and admin team. We get to work in the community providing home visits to people with a range of disabilities. We also have a place in Albury where we can see clients, have meetings or do some general admin.

We are extremely passionate about the work we do. Having the opportunity to really make a positive difference in someone's life  through the work that we do is an amazing and rewarding experience.

Our clients consist of paediatrics and adults, with a mix of neurodegenerative disease, mental health, a range of disabilities and more, requiring assessments, therapy and education. Our staff are enthusiastic and passionate about the services that we provide.

Reflecting Health has a strong philosophy of teamwork and supporting each other. As the job is very flexible, with the option to complete admin tasks from home at a time that suits you, we have a monthly face to face breakfast meeting, a monthly "movement" meeting and a fortnightly buddy catch up to keep the team together. It is our belief that a happy, balanced, relaxed and supported team makes happy, well cared for clients and a much better working environment all round.

Monthly, as part of the breakfast catch up, we have a wellbeing meeting where we are invited to openly share with the team and support each other. For that week too we encourage all staff to have a slower week, see less clients, finish a little earlier and let yourself recharge.

With great mentoring opportunities, a monthly education meeting, discipline-specific catch ups and chat groups, you'll be well supported in your education and career progression.

Great wages for our permanent positions (based on experience), and a (pretty much) unlimited PD budget supported by RWAV (Rural Workforce Agency Victoria). Our contractor positions are unmatched in the career flexibility and freedom that they provide. They are amazingly well supported not just in setting everything up, but ongoing support as well. If you’re curious to know more, please get in touch. We are more than happy to answer any questions.

Currently we are looking for someone to work part-time or contractually, around 2 - 4 days per week, with the potential for more days as the business grows.

Key requirements: Current AHPRA registration, valid driver’s licence and car. New grads are welcome to apply.

Please let us know if you have any questions.
