Our Clinical Pilates is more than just core work – it’s a tailored, science-backed approach to movement that helps you build strength, improve posture, and prevent injuries.
Unlike traditional Clinical Pilates, we blend Pilates equipment and gym-based strength work to create a truly functional workout. Using the Pilates reformer, Wunda chair, mat work, cable machines, and dumbbells, we build strength, mobility, and stability in a way that suits your body. Group sessions are small and personalized, capped at just 3 participants, ensuring you get the attention and guidance you need.
Using DMA Pilates principles, we design exercises based on your directional bias – targeting the movements that work best for your body. We also incorporate Kinetic Link Training (KLT), which strengthens the body through full-body movement patterns, activating core muscles and improving functional strength.
