New Graduate Physiotherapist

Are you looking to expand your career but maintain flexibility and balance? Reflecting Health is hiring!

If you are a New Graduate Physiotherapist, within your first 2 years of practice, looking for a flexible work environment and the ability to have a great work/life/family balance, Reflecting Health might just be for you.

About us:

We are a multidisciplinary team, comprising physio's, OT's, speechies, our trusty AHA’s and admin team. We work predominantly in the community providing home visits to people with a range of disabilities. We also have a place in Wodonga where we can see clients, have meetings or do some general admin. Our clients consist of pediatrics and adults, with a mix of neurodegenerative disease, musculoskeletal issues, a range of disabilities and more, requiring assessments, therapy and education. Our team is energetic and passionate about the services that we provide.

About the Role:

Currently we are looking for someone to work full time or part time, across the Albury/Wodonga and Wangaratta areas. Don’t worry - all of your travel will be covered by us.

This role will initially be predominantly focussed on seeing our NDIS clients in the community, as this is a great way to expand your practice and gather a wide range of skills with a very varied client base. We are also looking to expand our musculoskeletal practice with the opening of our new premises in Wodonga in October 2023. There will be plenty of opportunities to increase your skills and experience in working at the clinic with our musculoskeletal clients.

We offer great wages that are above award, and a (pretty much) unlimited PD budget. With heaps of mentoring opportunities, a monthly education meeting, and a helpful and available team, you'll be well supported in your education and career progression.

Reflecting Health has a strong philosophy of teamwork and supporting each other. As the job is very flexible and often our clinicians are out and about in the community, we have a monthly breakfast meeting, movement meeting and "buddy" catch ups to keep us all together. It is our belief that a happy, balanced, relaxed and supported team makes happy, well cared for clients and a much better working environment all round.

Monthly, we have a wellbeing meeting where we are invited to openly share with the team and support each other.

About You:

  • You’re passionate about your work and about creating positive change in people's lives and the greater community.

  • You’re flexible, genuine, down to earth and able to work as part of a tight knit team while still possessing the initiative to work independently.

  • You value integrity, authenticity, communication and fun.

  • You’re committed to your professional and personal development.

Key requirements:

  • Current Professional registration.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

  • Available to work across multiple locations.

Please let us know if you have any questions.
