Physiotherapy and pilates

What is Physiotherapy?

We use physical techniques to treat a wide variety of ailments and pain. Interventions can include massage, dry needling, joint mobilisations, and specific and targeted exercise/movement therapy.

What can you treat?

So many things. Jackie has a keen interest in back pain, and has had a lot of success with both acute and chronic cases. We can also treat hip pain, leg pain, foot pain, elbow pain, arm pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, headaches, balance issues, post-surgical rehabilitation, pre-surgical prehab, acute injury treatment and more.

Physio isn't just for injuries either, we can assess and treat any movement disorders for performance optimisation and make programs to balance the body and optimise strength, power and endurance.

What about Pilates?

Pilates is amazing, it is a specific type of mind-body exercise where we can work on stability, balance, core strength and most amazingly, work with and release trauma stored in the body. We have  great selection of Pilates equipment where we can conduct an assessment and put together a program for you to come and complete regularly with the help and guidance of our qualified professionals.

What’s the cost?

An initial physiotherapy appointment is $127.20 for 45 minutes

A follow up Physiotherapy appointment is $98.70 for 30 minutes

A Pilates Assessment is 198.70 for 1 hour

Our Pilates classes are $36.00 each for 30 minutes, and are capped at 4 participants so you get the most out of your session. Each participant has their own individualised program and the assistance of a qualified Physiotherapist throughout the session.
